Manuela Merighi is one of the few women working in the top-management in Northern Italy
Munich, September 2010 - Bolzano/Northern Italy is the new premises of Aktiv Assekuranz Makler GmbH with headquarters in Munich. The Italian-born Manuela Merighi is head of Aktiv Italia. The Aktiv group continues its international course of expansion and focuses on the future market “logistics sector of Northern Italy”.
With the Aktiv Assekuranz Italia, the Aktiv Assekuranz Makler GmbH Germany is expanding its business area. “We see a high potential for the new premises in Bolzano” says Detlef Dörrié, managing partner of Assekuranz Makler GmbH Germany. The Italian economy has its strong point in the manufacturing industry, in particular when it comes to small and medium-sized family-run businesses.
The transport and logistics sector is the core business area of Aktiv Assekuranz and plays a major part for the economic relationship between Italy and Europe as well as for Europe and the Middle East.
“With Manuela Merighi, we have gained a top expert on logistics” explains the head of Aktiv Assekuranz. Ms. Merighi is not only familiar with the transport and logistics market in Italy, but also in Germany and Austria. She is fluent in German and Italian and is also one of the few women in the top management in Northern Italy. Ms. Merighi has been working in the transport and financial service sector for more than 20 years.
