Aktiv AG is the holding company of the Aktiv Group and, as such, bundles and coordinates the interests of the associated companies. Conversely, it shapes relationships between the companies and their clients, staff and suppliers with its own guidelines. The consequences of these relationships
are reflected in the companies’ economic results.
We thus maintain an “active square” in which customer relations, relationships with staff and suppliers and operating results have an impact on each other. The role of management is to balance the corners of this square to ensure that each individual company as well as the group as a whole attains a distinctive market position.
Our goal is stable long-term and mutually profitable customer relations.
The assertion “We put the client at the centre” is not just an advertising slogan for us, but rather the economic basis of our success on the market. The skills and commitment of the staff in a service providing company are
pivotal to that company’s success. We employ our staff in areas in which their personal strengths lie, and thus nurture their commitment.
As an insurance broker and advisor, we are also an intermediary between insurance companies and our clients. In order to be able to represent the interests of our customers, it is essential that we are accepted by the “other side” as a negotiating partner. Concepts such as “reliability” and “honesty” form the basis of our work when it comes to pursuing the objectives of our customers firmly but fairly.
We consider enthusiastic customers, committed staff and strong relationships to underwriters to be a secure base from which we can attain our economic corporate objectives.
